  7. 3 green onions, thinly sliced

  1. Cook potatoes in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water for 10 to 12 minutes or until just tender. Drain. Set aside to cool. Halve potatoes.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan higher than medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5 to 6 minutes each side, or until browned and cooked through. Transfer to a plate. Cover. Stand for 5 minutes. Slice chicken.
  3. Arrange lettuce, potato, chicken and egg regarding serving plates. Drizzle when dressing. Season later salt and pepper. Sprinkle subsequently onions. Serve.
